No, I’m not suggesting you start sporting pointy bras and polka dot dresses. I haven’t gone completely insane.

However, on days when you have neither the inclination nor the time to hit the gym, take a cue from fifties housewives and vacuum in heels! Pumps may be painful, but so are squats. Beauty is pain- deal with it.

Wearing heels works your calves and glutes (a.k.a your money maker), and vacuuming is actually a form of mild cardio! Try this “fifties fitness” tip today to get a clean house and a tight bottom!
