DIY: Circle scarf

April 9, 2010

Eff you American Apparel, I can do it on my own. Scarves can add a little oomph to any outfit, and the “it” scarves for spring are no exception. I really like American Apparel’s circle scarf, but I refuse to pay almost $40 for it. Not to mention I think American Apparel ads look like something a skeezy old man shot in his basement.

Luckily, I found this nifty how-to on CollegeFashion.net. Click on the hyperlink for step-by-step instructions on making your own circle scarf…no sewing required. Actually, there is really no skill required either. Wonderful!

Note: This would be a great thing to do with your ex-boyfriend’s oversized t-shirts your new boy toy won’t let you wear anymore. Because getting rid of them is just out of the question; you earned those clothes!
