No time to hit the gym before you hit the beach? Don’t sweat it (literally)! Although the best workouts do require you to perspire a little, doing sets of lunges in your living room can help temporarily tighten your gams pre-pool! Try doing two sets of 25 walking lunges across the room. If you’re feeling in need of some upper body work, add in bicep curls with a diet coke in each hand. God bless summer…
